- Partnering with laboratory hiring managers to post requisitions for open positions.

Responsibilities
- Effectively manage programs to ensure they are implemented successfully, and once in place, engagement goals are met. Develop and execute communication plans related to wellbeing strategies including policy and program changes.
- Manage projects, including but not limited to: open enrollment, vendor implementations and mental wellbeing.
- Administer and coordinate benefit related programs including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, STD, LTD, COBRA, etc.
- Provides guidance and assists management in addressing associate’s sensitive issues as related to leave of absence, ADA, workplace injuries, and leave policies and procedures. Educates and counsels associates requiring/requesting a leave of absence.
- Develop benefit processes and procedures for Benefits Specialists and Benefit Clerks. Travel to assigned facilities as necessary to train Benefit Clerks, audit the processes/procedures and to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Support those enrolled in the benefit plans by resolving claim issues. Educate associates of their benefit options and eligibility through new hire orientation.
- Acts as project lead for the planning and coordinating of the annual benefits open enrollment project for all associates, including the development of content materials. Conducts training as necessary. Programs and projects are executed on time and with excellence.
- Promote and enhance Supply Chain wellness and benefit education programs such as wellness program, wellness program “champ” program, benefit education and other community outreach.
- Implements necessary HRIS system updates required for the implementation of new benefit vendors and for annual benefits open enrollment period.
- Act as a point of contact for annual retirement plan administration and assist with plan audits to ensure compliance.
- Partner with third party vendor to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements for retirement and health and welfare plans (i.e. ERISA, 1095-c forms, 8955 filing, etc.).
- Research benefit, wellness and compliance related topics to determine best practices. Provide solutions and recommendations. Assist with special projects within HR as needed.
